The first interview is a simple chat with the recruiter after that you get set up with 2 middle management interviewers. You will be given a written assignment which is fairly simple as well as have the expectation of a cold mock call. The reality is even if you do well on both assignments it doesn't matter. The real test is simple he will take subtle jabs at you and find a weak point in your competence or fabricate one. He will then imply you're not a fit for the role. To get the job is simple and all you do is push back on this idea and show him your "ego strength'. The issue is this type of trickery is not amusing for any worthwhile candidate. Pass the test if you want to work at a company with 33% quota attainment and an outdated hiring methodology.
