Went through 3 stages of interviews relatively fast/easy. Interviews themselves were standard. Told me would get back to me the following week for next steps, then never got back to me 3+ weeks later, even after I sent two follow up emails.

Fairly straightforward interview, but it was four rounds long. A phone screen, a supervisor interview, colleague interview, and then a fourth round with someone I would be working with closely not on my team. It was a fairly positive and smooth experience, but I had never done four interviews before, so that was a bit nerve-wracking.

The interviewer didn't seem to be engaged from the start. The questions asked were simple and didn't seem to apply to the position directly. It seems the position has been open for months
