This interview was the initial phone screen. I was told I'd hear back within 2 weeks on next steps whether I'd be moving on or not. It's now been 6 weeks, I've sent 2 emails and have been totally ghosted by the Recruiter. Very unprofessional.

Long and exhausting. Interviewed four times only to receive rejection email. Several months later they reached out to me to ask if I was interested in the same position I originally interviewed for only to interview another 3 times to receive a 2nd rejection.

Focused on event management and network in two separate areas.
Positive experience. Met with local, regional and national leadership to gain insight into the organization. This included meeting with the local Board of Directors Search Committee. Process was approximately 8 weeks.
