Bridgecrest Collections Manager interview questions

Recruiter was great, but the recruiting process semmed too fast and simple. I interviewed with the Director and Associate Director. Interview was conducted in a large open space with 100 agents on the phones talking, listening in, and what not in the background. Interviewers were polite and respectable, but at some point seemed to run out of questions to ask. They instead dwelled too much on my hobbies instead of work related experience. Impression I got from seeing and listening to the chatter on the floor from other team managers was trying to hype up the team ( I suppose you can't motivate debt collectors otherwise). The interviewers also seemed to be leading on that you would be getting the job and also promised a follow up in 24-48 hours. I had to follow up myself with the recruiter and got a email saying my qualifications were impressive, but I didn't get the job. Having browsed the linked in profiles of people who worked in the same position, most worked there 3 to 6 months. That is too high a turnover for a middle management position. I probably dodged a bullet by not getting the job.
