Pros

Most of the management I dealt with was FANTASTIC. Supportive co-workers, lovely team environment.

Cons

Can be rather clique-y at times. Some managers are straight up bullies. Low pay for the work. Not the best benefits package. Work/life balance goes down the drain depending on the team.
