got to the lab, met a few people, gave a talk, had lunch with the PI and met a few people again. it was for the whole day and the Pi had sponsored the trip. The paperwork took a long time.

referral...almost no interview. One on one discussion with the hiring manager and the interview with the senior lab manager and then having lunch with the whole team....the whole interview lasted about 3 hours
