The process overall was unorganized. I got an email asking to come in for an interview (after i applied online), but it was for a different position than i applied for. So i asked to have this clarified. After we straightened that out, my in person/on site interview was confirmed - no phone screening or phone interviews to determine if there is further interest. Met with 3 people, questions were not hard. Everything was rushed, only 30 mins per person and people were late, so left only about 20-25 mins. One person was looking at their phone to determine if he was going to be late for his meeting. I had to follow up the next week on next steps which was that they were not moving forward. Didn't get an overall good vibe from the process.
