I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview from a recruiter to speak to me about my experience and whether I would fit the employment criteria. The next afternoon I went into the center and interviewed with the director and assistant director. This was very casual where they informed me of the work, of the company, and what the duties would be. I didn't feel as though I was being interviewed and quizzed on getting the "correct" answer, rather just that they we're trying to get to know me, and allow me to get to know the company. At the end of the interview they asked if I had some extra time and would be willing to step into a classroom for a working interview. I spent about 30 minutes in the toddler room, and then I left. The following Tuesday I received a job offer. It took almost two weeks for me to start working due to the processing of information, background checks, etc.
