The interview was straightforward and not hard at all. It was over the phone and lasted only ten minutes. The person on the phone was nice and calm. The interview was held in a conversational matter.
I met with a director and the interview was pretty straightforward. She asked about my experience, qualifications, and some hypotheticals surrounding childcare and dealing with parents. I was then also shown around the site and told more about what Bright Horizons does.
