The woman who interviewed me was very friendly. They were quick to get in contact after I submitted my resume. Before we met in person there was a brief phone interview. Then I came in for the actual interview which lasted close to an hour. I was given a tour of the after school center. They will contact all of your references, so please inform your references to be expecting a phone call.

Interview process is very organized, efficient and easy. They ask for examples and scenarios so be ready to provide these. They discuss day to day and go over your skills
Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.
