Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions in April 2015.
Interview
I filled out an online application in April and had a preliminary interview near the end of April. Received an email about three weeks later asking to schedule a interview with a supervisor in the department. The interview was pleasant and very informal. After answering the questions, I was offered the position and have been working remotely since May, and I love it.

Interview
I filled out an online application the first week of April. Received an email about two weeks later asking to schedule a interview to learn more about the position. The interview turned out just to be a screening to rule me out in case I was not a good candidate. I was moved on to the second round and told I would receive an email telling me when my interview with the HR director would be. When I got the email it was for the end of April and was a video interview so I had to do a tech set-up to make sure I had the right equipment. My interview did not end up being with the HR director, but the manager of the program. The second interview went very well and I was told at the end of it I would be a great fit for the role and a good addition to the team. I was then told that I would hear a decision either way by the end of the week and if I did not get into the training class meant for May 18th, they have the classes every two weeks and they would put me in one of those. I felt great and asked when I could follow-up in case I did not hear anything; I was told by the middle of next week I could contact them but he assured me there would be no need.
It is now July 6th and to this day I have not heard a word. I have sent numerous follow-up email to both recruiters; one of them replied to tell me she was just a contractor but would contact the main recruiter and let me know what she found out. Nothing from her either. I was so disappointed to not even know what happened with this job and disgusted at how unprofessionally this was handled. I will not be applying for this company again.
