Interview
The process took about a week. I applied online, had a phone interview then came in for an initial interview and then a classroom interview. There were a lot of questions, my guess would be 15-20 of them. I never was offered a tour of the building at any point during the process.

It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
