I was an out of state candidate applying for a lower-level position within the marketing organization. I communicated with two HR people and two members of the marketing team. HR was very prompt from when I submitted my application to scheduling interviews with me. Everyone I spoke with was nice and very knowledgeable about the organization. I had a good feeling after the phone interviews, but I knew my lack of experience in the semiconductor industry and possibly my out of state location (I offered to relocate at my own expense) would ultimately hurt my candidacy. Understandably, I did not receive an offer. I would interview with the company again if another job matching my experience opened up.
