Broadly interview questions

The interview process consisted of an initial phone call by a recruiter, a second phone call with a more senior recruiter, a third phone call with their sales trainer, and finally some 1 on 1, face to face interviews with 4 separate members of the company including sales executives, their sales trainer, and their VP of sales. Received an offer the following day and accepted.

Process: 1) Phone screen w/ Recruiter 2) Phone interview w/ Sales Manager/Trainer 3) In-person interview: Arrived 30 minutes early to sit among sales team and observed part of a 'power hour' of outbound dialing (I thought this was great!) Next I met separately with 4 individuals for 30 minutes each. 2 Sales Managers, the VP of Sales, and the CFO. I was told that all four interviewers needed to vote yes in order to receive an offer. Feedback: Each person that I spoke with at Broadly was very transparent about the day to day activities of this role (both the challenging and exciting elements alike.) All interviewers were obviously proud and excited to be a part of the Broadly team. This was big in my decision to accept their job offer.
