Interview
Interview was conducted by two members of support staff. The interview started in Spanish with a few general PI questions and then they asked two questions in English. Overall very short and very straightforward.
Tough Interview. It will be a panel and they will ask you several different questions. You will also be doing a mock interview with a client. Stay confident and you will be okay.
It was long, i believe around 2-3 steps. Had a screener and then a longer one where I had an interview the staff. Ultimately made it to the reference check but they went with someone else. They give you questions for the interviews before hand.

How would you deal with a client from different life experiences than yours?
Interview was over zoom with a panel of interviewers. Almost everyone on the panel's cameras were off, which made it more challenging. Some questions were provided in advance the day prior.
