Horrible. Before even sitting down for a face to face interview, they put you in a small office sitting across from a total stranger, you can literally touch, and make you do work, email, calendaring, excel spreadsheets. This took over an hour. They WATCH you do it. Very unnerving and disorienting. Then you get an intensive 1 hour interview after that. They eliminated me as a candidate without even a simple email notifying me. Terrible way to treat a candidate.
