Bulgari Human Resources Developer interview questions

Possibly one of the worst candidate experience ever! On the contrary of what they preach during the long interview process,they have no interest in a good candidate experience. They lack the basics of respect and honest communication. I reached the last stage in the interview process and was told to wait for a feedback ( positive or negative). Well, after 2 weeks of ghosting me ( I sent multiple emails to ask if the role was filled) I couldn't believe to what I had to hear: they were too busy with the onboarding of the new hire (for the same role I did interview) and they forgot/had no time to inform me I was no more under consideration for the role. This shows how clueless of the basic best practices of HR and recruitment/work ethic they are. This is a luxury brand, it's survival is based on its reputation. Words of mouth counts.
