I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bunzl
Interview
Pretty standard two step interview process - the first interview was with the department head, the second was the department head and the regional manager. The job offer was contingent on a clean drug test, though, which was the first time I've ever had that come up as part of the process.
The most telling part was in the call where I was offered the role I was pressured to accept immediately despite asking for time to review the benefits and entire compensation package.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bunzl (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was part of a buy in so the interview process was pretty standard. Phone interview, if they like you, you go in for a formal interview, if you make it through that they called for a second interview which was an offer meeting.
