Burberry Commercial Strategy and Performance Analyst interview questions

I was scheduled to have a phone interview on Thursday afternoon with a HR representative. Never called. I emailed after 10 mins into the scheduled phone interview. No response until Friday morning, and we rescheduled to Friday Afternoon. Come Friday afternoon, no phone call and no email response. I cannot believe the poor scheduling and communication from a representative of a large company such as Burberry.
