I applied through a referral and got a call within 1 week. I had a first phone screening on the phone of about 30 minutes and then was invited to record a video interview. When asked for a feedback they replied very quicly saying that I dind't get to the 1-to-1 interview because the mangers were recruiting someone with previous experience within the buying role.
