Initial call with HR to say I had a face to face interview. They were really helpful and accommodating to get an appropriate time around my current job. I was invited to a face to face with the person hiring who was just about to go on maternity leave. I did feel it would have been good to have someone in the interview who I would be working with as that is important to me. She said it would be 10 days before I would hear back due to other interviews etc . I sent an email on the Monday following my interview on Friday and got an auto-reply saying the HR person had left with another name to contact which I did and never heard back. I'm not bitter about not getting the role as I didn't feel it was a right fit but I think it is rude when someone has taken the time to come in to not even get a generic response.
