I had to complete an online application with a video answering questions. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview. I got to the final 7. I was told I would hear back about my progression - good or bad - i was led to believe the interview went well and I'd be coming in for a presentation. I didn't hear back at all. I chased the recruitment manager four times and they ignored me. Pretty poor approach to recruitment. Demoralising and sad. I'd been recommended not to work here by a former employee, so this just confirmed their view on the toxic culture.
