I applied online. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2013

Simple, casual. I interviewed with Rick the GM and he told me to be honest and that I wasn't wanting to work at Burlington for the rest of my life. The tone certainly changed after that comment.
