Interview
I applied for the job on the company website and received a call from the manager for an interview the next day. There were two interviews before they hired me. The first interview was mostly talking about myself. The second interview included some questions like "what will you do if the customer...", "what should you do if...". During the second interview, the manager asked me to participate an orientation, which would take place two days later. On the day of orientation, the manager called to give me an official offer. Then I got the job!

A lot of situation questions. Such as "if you see a wet spot on the floor, what whould you do?"
simple, straightforward and short, there weren’t many questions asked. My interview lasted 5 minutes. I met with general manager and spoke on availability and answered a few questions regarding experience but there was nothing that I didn’t know how to answer.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy considering that there were about 6 other people they were interviewing the same day I was. The manager was really nice and she helped to alleviate my nervousness because this was my first time working in retail sales. I have another job but I didn't have to really go through an extensive interview and I already knew everyone there, unlike at Burlington. But it went really well and I heard back from them within a few days.
