Interview was one phone interview followed by a face-to-face with a regional team member. Entire process took about a month. Met in a store and sat in a manager's office. No drug or skills test required.

Interview
I had a phone screen with the regional manager, regional staffing manager and store manager. This resulted in a one-on-one in-person interview and store walk with the store manager which I thought went well. The store manager liked me and said he wanted to hire me but had to put it through his regional manager for approval. Then I never heard back from Burlington again one way or the other with either an offer or a decline, they just totally ghosted me. Very unprofessional way of handling the situation.
