It is a half day process which includes: overview of the company, round robin interviews, and a recap with who you shadow for the day. Really great process and a clever way to see how one interacts with others!

Very easy - applied through a college recruiter. Then was asked to come in for an interview.
They sit you down in a big room where you are with all sorts of management, then they sit you down and you rotate between people asking the same questions. Questions are very easy. Then they ask you to shadow someone that had your job. And was told within a week that I got the job. I accepted this job and I wish I never did SO please if they offer it to you don't take it. They don't pay well and no one gets promoted like they say.
