I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2015
Interview
Pretty basic, a group interview which lasts about 15 minutes depending on the number of people they are interviewing. They just want to know about your work history and availability. It took them two weeks to contact me from the day I applied, when they did they asked me to come in for a interview, I did, the interview was easy, they contacted me a day or two later offering me the position. They emailed me paperwork to complete for my background check. Once they received my results two days later, they called me and asked me to come in for orientation.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
