After you submit your resume HR calls you if they think you are qualified for the position. During that call they go over your qualifications and the proceed to setup a phone interview for management to contact you. Once management calls you they proceed with the interview by going over your resume and qualifications. Then they continue on by asking ridiculous questions that they are choosing from a pool of questions probably received from HR.
