I was contacted by e-mail 1 week after applying to schedule the interview. The e-mail included a link to an appointment scheduler where I created an account and self-scheduled my interview. I scheduled the interview for 1 week after the invitation to interview. The interview was over the phone with the recruiter who had emailed me to schedule the interview. This interview was a fairly easy process with very basic easy questions. She told me that the hourly pay was right in the middle of the range I provided on my application. She explained I would be contacted very shortly and if I proceeded on the next step would be an interview with the person who would be my direct supervisor, and then finally an interview with the director of my department. She also explained that Burlington is conducting all interviews virtually at the current time. Despite being told I would hear back I didn't hear anything and had to e-mail a month later to check in and still heard nothing I assume since they haven't said anything 3 months after my interview I was not hired.
