Highly unorganized - kept me waiting at least 15 minutes came to get me then had to wait another few minutes - no wonder they shower you with praise to get you in the door.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Concord, NH) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and was called within one hour of completing the application. I set up an appointment for a face-to-face interview. After making the appointment the company sent an online behavioral profiling survey. After completing the survey I received a letter from the corporate office, declining my application for employment. I went to the interview anyway, told the hiring manager about the decline of my application after making the appointment with her. She was shocked! She said, " I normally don't ask anyone to come in for an interview, unless they have passed the test".
She proceeded with the interview with the basic, tell me about a customer service experience and like questions. I completed the interview in about 20 minutes, thanked the manager for their time and went on my way.
I tried to follow up . I received NO response and obviously did not get hired.
