C.H. Robinson Customer Service interview questions

I was emailed by a recruiter to call her to set up a phone interview. She called me back on the interview date . She asked me about my previous experience, she asked what three things are important to me when looking for an employer, and asked what I knew about the company. Everything was going well until she told me the job paid 12.50 an hour which is much lower than what I had entered for my minimum salary on the application. I told her that would not work for me.
