CARVANA Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was done very well. I felt comfortable the whole time. It was framed more as a conversation than an actual interview. The whole process went smoothly and I felt very prepared.

Applied via indeed, got a callback, went in for an interview and really hit off with the hiring manager and in the next interview she wanted to introduce me to the team. One of the girls for no reason at all did not like me and bad mouthed me which led the manager not to hire me in fear of causing friction. Come to find out later the girl was fired and was a terrible employee and the rest of the team was always carrying her weight. The manager then called and apologized and wanted to start over to which I said ok, and then interviewed me again to completely ghost and not let me know anything. Super unprofessional and definitely not worth the job if the interviews are like this, I can't imagine how it would be to work under that kind of leadership.
