I applied via LinkedIn and heard from the recruiter a few hours later. Scheduled a call next day, had a great conversation and was told that a second interview was going to be set up. On the say the interview was supposed to be held I still hadn't heard anything, followed up and was told the interview was happening and was sent copy/pasted zoom details. Second interview went well. Next biz day asked for an email to say thank you, never heard from the recruiter, so I guessed on the email of the person with the formatting. Never heard from recruiter or the other person I interviewed with again and its been a few weeks. Very discouraging for a company I love so much to ghost, especially in the midst of a global pandemic when job hunting is as tough as ever.
