Even after several follow-up communications, was effectively ghosted by talent acquisition and the hiring manager. Position reposted several times.
You know, a ‘no’ answer is fine. Really. Even the standard canned ‘moving in a different direction’ message takes almost no time at all. But just not saying anything? I'm not offended, but it is disrespectful. It's the very least the company can do, especially given I interviewed multiple times.
During each interview, I heard about the great company culture. I believed them. I figured the hiring process would be an extension of the supposed employee experience.

I had one day with on-site interviews that lasted for about 3 hours. In addition, I had about 3 virtual interviews leading up to the on-site interview day. The interviews were good. I think they were very focused on me from a culture-fit standpoint rather than a skills-based standpoint.
