I went through multiple steps in the interview process with Cava, including what was presented as a final round where I met the team. Unfortunately, they missed two scheduled interviews without notice, and after the final round, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no update, nothing. This experience showed a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time. I expected much more from a company of this size and reputation. I hope they take candidate experience more seriously in the future.
