The interviewed Will ask you your name, And then explain to you How the interview will go, For me she told me that any question I asked I should answer with a story. For example I was asked if I have had to work with people I don’t get along with, I answered with a story along the lines of that. The interviewer will also tell you about cava and their mission, and how they plan to expand.

The process was pretty brief and straightforward, the interview lasted around 15 minutes and I was asked a few simple questions. Only one interview, after applying online, and got the job on-site.
