I initial phone interview and then 2 in-person ones. The initial phone interview gave me an idea on the specific job requirements. The 2 in-person interviews were great because it gave me an idea on the positive culture in the workplace.

Not needed. It appears to me CBEM will take nearly anyone who talks into that door due to how high the turnover is. Granted, the job is stressful, any mental health-related job at an Intern level is tough work. However, the turnover probably had more to do with the culture of the company than the work itself.
