Interview
The interview process was quite lengthy. On the first day they took an aptitude round and after clearing the aptitude round called for an interview the next day. The interview was conducted the next day called as "Technical Interview". After that we were informed to have a Managerial Round the next day as the Manager was not present. The next day Manager Round was taken as scheduled and then a form was filled with the HR regarding joining and personal information. After clearing the Managerial Round , the HR round was taken where the salaries and the joining date were discussed. At the end of HR round the HR mentioned that one Senior Managerial Round is pending and will give a call the next day regarding the interview. The next day as scheduled I waited for the call but the HR didnt responded then I called and asked about the interview and I was answered that Senior Manager was absent. The next day again I waited and continued for about a week. Then when finally asked with the HR about the position then HR responded that I didnt cleared the Managerial Round.
