HR will audit employee if they take a sick leave even before employee come back to office even if they have hospital report and Bill of 1.20 lakh rupees. The following questions are being asked every time I took Sick leave - 2 times in 8 years. Why did you got admitted in hospital ? why can't doctors treat you at home? When did you travel to your hometown after you got discharged? How did you travel to hometown ? (mode of transport) Are you in your home right now? Are your parents are with you right now?
