telephonic interview scheduled but then no one called, second time they did call but again a bit later then the scheduled time. face to face interview was not really logical, had discussion for about 2+ hours and then there wasn't really any challenging questions but rather panel was interested in gartner research and irrelevant topics from role like "what new companies are doing in terms of product development" which doesn't seem relevant to me for the role.
