I applied for one of their European offices and the process was all the time late, the timetable that was promised never happened, so the word was never kept and I started to feel uncomfortable ( I lost my trust to this company, if this recruitment is so difficult I bet working there is the same or worse). Also the process was very old school: I had to talk to the recruiter then to two managers , no possibility to talk with any of the team members nor the people that I would actually work closely with. I was not told anything about the company itself, the culture and what it would offer me. I got a really bad feeling from the recruitment process and read some reviews from glassdoor, based on those two I decided to withdraw from the process.
