The process was fairly long, it took close to a month. They started off with having me complete a short Q/A online, then phone interview with recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager, then 2 in person interviews with peers and other managers on site. I did get an offer in the end and they were all very easy to talk with and positive. Seemed like a fun bunch of people to work with.

Interview
Standard interview process with chat with HR then follow-up conversation with the hiring manager. Questions from the hiring manager were rigid and focused on Agile process knowledge - being I have a CSPO and CSM this seemed like a misuse of time. I found it unfortunate it didn't get beyond that into actual product discipline, industry knowledge, or organization capabilities.

Interview
The screening call with HR was great. He provided a lot of information regarding the company and role, we even shared a few laughs. Moved on to the next round with the hiring manager and I was shocked at how unfocused he was. Not to mention the numerous interruptions from someone walking into his office. Several times I had to remind him of our conversation. Not good at all!
