Initial meeting was a virtual call with the recruiter. Basic screening process about the company and position and then had me do a LIVE Excel test (Vlookup etc). Second meeting was with who this position would report too. There was ANOTHER Excel test to start and finish after the interview. Third meeting was with the a Director level. After all that, there would have been ANOTHER MEETING with 2 other people on the team. Mind you this is not a high level position. Two Excel tests is also ridiculous.
