A classic case on an organization playing up their values and culture but clearly does not translate at all to the candidate experience.
I applied for this role and spoke to a recruiter about this role and another role on this team. The recruiter spent a good deal of time talking about the values of the company, such as transparency and communication and how everyone in the company top-down exemplifies these values. It was a decent conversation, and we had a follow-up conversation early the following week, and got moved onto the hiring manager interview. The recruiter was very clear on next steps and follow-ups.
Hiring manager interview went well and progressed to a 3 person panel interview. After this (it has been well over three weeks since), complete radio silence on the part of the recruiter and the hiring team. Pretty telling representation of those values espoused.
