Interview
Laidback and straightforward. Actively looking to hire students. 1st interview was semi-professional with easy going questions like "What was your favorite class". 2nd round interview was at CITGO with a group. Asked behavioral questions and gave a tour of the building.
First round was one on one with the head IT manager just getting to know you. Second round was group interview with managers and the same person from the 1st round with behavioral and potentially technical questions.
