Went through my University. CliftonLarsonAllen's interview staff comes to campus. You arrive at your appointment time. Speak with associate prior to interview, she was very kind and easy to speak to. Interview had pretty typical questions. Why accounting? Where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc. Out of the blue at the end of the interview the woman conducting the interview looks me straight in the face and says "I don't think you are cut out for public accounting". I stood up, shook her hand and the other interviewee's hand and thanked them for their time. Her comment was rude and insensitive. I've been in public accounting since that time.

Very easy interview process. At this level they are just looking for bodies with the accountant shortage looming. Great way to get into the industry if you don't have a lot of experience. I had three interviews, one with a recruiter, one with two mid-level employees, and one with a principal.
