I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
On campus interview was a 30 minute interview, mostly behavioral. Pretty basic.
Second round in-office was 4 30 minute interviews + lunch with staff. These interviews were also behavioral, but each had a different focus (leadership, time-management, involvement, future). I felt the interviews went really well, but sadly I received a decline email about 1.5 weeks later. I am not sure were I misstepped. As a note, I am international and would need sponsorship for work visa.

Question 1
Tell me about a time were you experienced a team conflict and how you solved it
Smooth and brilliant, but they don't offer sponsors. Very good experience worth trying. The interview questions were very simple, which may have something to do with new grad. The interviewer was friendly, but I was rejected.
Interview is light and informal conversation. The process is in relax environment. But it also tries to ask you technical knowledge in-between casual conversation. In all it is a positive experience and less stressful interview than most other job interviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Sep 2022
Interview
Very easy interview process. At this level they are just looking for bodies with the accountant shortage looming. Great way to get into the industry if you don't have a lot of experience. I had three interviews, one with a recruiter, one with two mid-level employees, and one with a principal.
