Interview

5 rounds. 1st round is an aptitude test (multiple-choice questions testing problem-solving and basic math skills and a couple of writing prompts) and a personality test. They give you the results of your personality test for reference. 2nd round is an HR screening call, about 15 minutes. 3rd round is Zoom interview with Directors. 4th round is Zoom interview with Team Leads. 5th round is Zoom interview with CFO. The interviews are mostly soft questions about your background and interests. The interviewers seem like they genuinely want to get to know you.

Our interviewers genuinely are interested in getting to know candidates as we want to ensure we are selecting the best people to fit with our company. Our culture is important to us and we always look to hire people who have a great attitude to bring to the workplace. Our calls with HR and COO are generally brief 15-minute calls to initiate and conclude the process.

there are four interviews, first one with hr, then second with directors of product support analyst, third is with managers of different teams, and then the last interview with cfo.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the CMiC interview process. Our first round with HR is generally just a brief screening call just to confirm information from the application. After that we do have 2 main interviews and then a final 15 minute call with our COO.

Interview

5 rounds, the first one being problem solving, second one being a phone call screening, and the rest being interviews. Problem solving is timed and multiple choice. The phone call is quick and general.
