Interview
Smooth, Fast and reliable. They make decisions fast and as required. They mainly depend on requirement and if they need someone they will expedite the process if they want. Interviewed 1 on 1 with the HR first, then the QA manager and then the CFO. QA Manager also gave me a written test on Construction software.
