COGECO Customer Care Representative interview questions

Initial call to set up the interview, then another video interview with the team lead and the initial contact. Explained immediately that the base salary was too low and they would negotiate upon first call before even setting up second interview. Offered the job less than the base and was told no negotiation after they began the background check already and spent days going back and forth about it, only wanting to speak on the phone.
